3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips - I used mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine butter and brown sugar. Beat well.
- Add eggs, milk and vanilla to previous mixture. Beat for 30 seconds.
- Add flour, salt and baking soda in the same bowl and mix well to make sure no lumps remain.
- Add 1 cup chocolate chips and gently fold them in the batter.
- Drop tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. - I wish I had greased them though. It sticked a lot.
- Bake 10-15 minutes.
